What the public examples demonstrate and what requires a separate agreement.

LifeFrom Data is presenting a proposed collection and delivery service. A page, example specification or request preview is not a commitment to supply a cohort, recruit participants or provide clinical services. Any pilot requires an agreed scope and contract.
The contracting entity and final website terms remain to be confirmed. This page is a draft summary, not a signed services agreement.
Inspect the format, not a clinical result.
The downloadable delivery specimen uses hand-authored fictional observations. It demonstrates source links, data structure and executable checks. It is not patient data, a validated clinical dataset or evidence of model performance.
The public package is provided for inspection and local testing of the example. Production datasets, training rights, onward distribution and commercial service obligations require a separate licence.
Scope before collection.
A request preview is not submitted to a backend and does not reserve access to data. A future engagement would define feasibility, geography, permitted uses, deliverables, acceptance criteria and pricing before collection.
Do not submit confidential patient information through a general enquiry or email. A suitable transfer mechanism and processing terms must be agreed first.
Discuss an intended use.
