Daily life & routines
What happens between.
Food, medication, supplements and daily experience, logged in context and followed over time.
Discuss this dataCustom collection concept. Availability and review depend on the study.

What the collection
can include.
Sources and capture methods are selected with your team before recruitment.
Food and nutrition
Meal photographs, spoken descriptions, timing and participant-entered portions. Estimated nutrients retain the estimation method and uncertainty.
Medication and supplements
Reported product, ingredient, dose, units, timing, start or stop dates and missed doses. A prescribed plan is separate from reported intake.
Daily experience
Sleep diaries, symptoms, mood, energy, exercise and cycle events, collected with versioned prompts and a defined cadence.
Made for your task.
Everyday health-language extraction, multimodal context and longitudinal pattern analysis.
Cohort
Relevant routines, logging burden, language and follow-up schedule.
Preparation
Time-indexed events, product normalization, source media and reported-versus-derived fields.
Review
Unit consistency, incomplete entries, contradictory reports and extraction checks.
Delivery
Structured event logs, permitted media and documentation of prompt and extraction versions.
Scope matters.
A logged dose does not verify ingestion. A meal image does not establish nutrient content. Observed changes do not establish treatment effects, and the collection does not direct participants to change medication.
Inspect the delivery.
Data & metadata
Agree on source files, structured observations, identifiers, timestamps and permitted linkage.
Labels & quality
Document label definitions, reviewer roles, uncertainty and acceptance rules. Separate collected data from derived interpretation.
Rights & access
Define permitted use, recipients, transfer method, retention and withdrawal handling before collection.
